It is nice to know that many good readers are there for some HR journals. I am the cover story author for the ICFAI press HRM journals. The recent articles like 'HRM in Education Sector', 'Post-separation HR process', 'Changing trends in HRM', are my contribution. Some more interesting articles will come up.
To be frank, any writing that is published in the journals would be helpful only if applied in the right way. Without which, buying the journals as subscribers or contributing as an author will not be meaningful. Manytimes, many HR practices followed elsewhere will not hold good for your company. A Journal can be looked at as a casestudy and reference material.
