Auto Industry - Bonus is applicable on piece rated contract workers or not?

I work in the Auto Industry, and we are a supplier of seats for two-wheelers and three-wheelers to HONDA, HMCL, MARUTI, TATA, etc.

My question is, is the bonus applicable to piece-rated contract workers or not? Additionally, I would like to know if gratuity is applicable to contract workers on a piece-rate basis after continuous work for five years.

Both the Bonus Act and the Gratuity Act are applicable to contract workers as well.
