hi everyone i'm from Gurgaon Haryana n working in a logistics company, we are also working in manpower, now we are leaving manpower service of one customer, at that they required below document
• Declaration of PF remittance
• Declaration of ESIC remittance
• Declaration of PF & ESIC (on letterhead)
• Muster Roll and Wage register
please help me to provide format of above document and how to make them

yes i have pf esi number, but i just don't know how to give Declaration of pf and esi remittance and
i don't have any idea how to prepare Master roll / wage register. i need to share these document with my customer tomorrow in morning so if you can help regarding this i'm thankful to you
