I may be wrong, but what I gather from your post is that you are taking a driving test without knowing about gear, accelerator, clutch, brakes, etc. You should study the subject matter on your own. Any specific queries after studying can be asked on this forum, and you may receive answers.

Please specify what more information you want. Since you have knowledge of labor laws, I suggest you list out your queries. Try to find answers to them on your own. You may refer to the bare Acts, various threads on this forum using the search option, or a book: "Guide to Employers" by S R Samant. This book is now available in the market duly edited by Chheda.

If you are unable to find answers to your queries listed out, please feel free to post here. I am sure someone will respond to you, if not I.
