ayonadehr
Hi,

I have recently joined an organisation and here we do not have any salary slab. Can you help me out with this? How shall I prepare the salary slab and do the employee grading? This is an IT company; there are 13 programmers, 2 project managers, 1 HR, and 3 directors. Thank you very much.

Best regards,

Thank you very much for providing this information; it will be very helpful to me.

I am wondering if you could shed some light on how I should determine the appropriate salary for each individual. What is the typical procedure that companies follow to ensure that the salary range set aligns with industry standards?

Thank you,
Best Regards,
Ayona
