GST Return - not able to file the monthly returns in Form IIIB

We are not able to file the monthly returns in Form IIIB for the month of Mar 18. The error is THE FOLLOWING ERROR IS COMING:
1. ERROR WHILE FILE UPLOAD
2. AT LEAST ONE BRF MESSAGE OF TYPE W, E, A, OR X OCCURRED
3. BALANCE PAYABLE SHOULD NOT BE MORE THAN ZERO. PLEASE ADVISE
