Sources of manpower from associate level (Drivers, housekeeping associates etc) for Hotels?

I recently re-located to Chennai after a long tenure in overseas. Can you folks please write your valuable suggestions on sources of manpower from associate level (Drivers, housekeeping associates etc) to operational staff in hotel industry.

Generally, for associates level (Housekeeping, Steward, Dish washer etc) is out sourced or recruited through 3rd party vendors.

Many organizations outsource the total activity of housekeeping.
As yours is a hotel industry you necessarily engage the housekeeping facility through outsourced agency for having better control.
Other option is engage company/hotel employees for drivers etc.

I am associated with Hotel Industry in Chennai for long. Most of the Hotels in Chennai engage their own employees for these jobs. Generally Contract workers are avoided. Few Chain Hotels go for Franchise method.
Direct employees is the general practice in Hotel Industry in Chennai and the whole of Tamilnadu
