Scholarship Distribution for children's of employees working with us.

Dear Concern,
Under employee welfare we have thought of distributing scholarship for employee's children. So please help me out with the email format of the same. Also I have to inform them to submit their children's marksheet for our reference.

I would suggest you to draft a letter/email format and share with us, we would fine tune it, I presume such an exercise would improve your drafting skills.

It should be in the form of a general notice or intimation seeking all personnel cooperation for the cause proposed by Management.

As we celebrate another year of being together, we are pleased to announce academic scholarships for the children of all the employees. These scholarships will be awarded to children studying up to 12th Standard (HSC) and up to four years of Bachelor’s degree thereafter. The scholarship has been granted up to maximum two children per employee.
Therefore we kindly request you to submit the marksheet of your children to HR at the earliest.
