Planning to share an Assertive communication / behavior skill quiz with employees

I am designing an assertive Assertive communication / behavior skill quiz with employees. So, I would require you all to help me with suggestions on how to develop the content for the same. I have started with some communication statement which are Aggressive, passive and then convert those sentences to Assertive communication.
