I would like to share some very interesting and helpful information with you. The court can now summon the accused through WhatsApp or any other digital mode. This is an appreciable move on the part of the judiciary to speed up the process for those parties who either live far away or are willfully escaping the court's summons. I hope this will help advocates who are fed up with producing and serving summons in court to expedite the hearing process.

In this internet era, we should take full advantage of its benefits. However, as advised by the concerned advocate, it is always advisable to consider other modes of summoning as referred to in the statute before opting for the digital mode.

In continuation of the above thread, I would like to inform you that the concerned court opined that when a double tick mark is found in WhatsApp, it will amount to DELIVERY OF SUMMONS and will be prima facie evidence. I am sharing this information with you to ensure that no one is victimized or faces delays in receiving justice under the guise of 'Service of Summons Not Served,' resulting in being deprived of justice.

Moreover, while any concerned court may not consider this as a precedent, we can still make a noteworthy submission before the court by referencing this observation, which originates not from a High Court or Supreme Court but from a lower court! The key point is that delivering justice does not always require a complex procedure but rather a proper mindset and intention to ensure its delivery.
