What are the powers of Union Leader? NOT from trade union act 1926

Please let me know what the powers of a union leader are. Please do not refer to the Trade Union Act of 1926.

The power of a trade union leader lies in his ability to address all matters related to the members of his union, educate his followers about reality, and avoid the proliferation of trade unions by enhancing intra-human relationships. This is crucial because collective bargaining power is inversely proportional to the number of trade unions in an establishment.

The duties, responsibilities, and authority come as per the position held by a person in an organization. The union leader is nothing more than a "common man" if he is taken out of the "Union".

The power of a person depends on their followers, access to influential people, connectivity with political parties, and other institutions. In general, some people try to utilize all these to show others how powerful they are.

When you refer to a 'union leader', if you are talking about a non-employee outsider, they can wield tremendous power by engaging in negotiations, disrupting production, inciting workers to violence, and handling court matters, among other things. The extent of these powers varies from leader to leader but can significantly impact the organization based on the political influence they possess.

It is impossible that a union leader can have any power. He has only duties and responsibilities, and maybe some limited rights to carry out and accomplish those duties and responsibilities.
