We did not find any meaning from the posting for a suggestion. You come out with detail so members can contribute their views. If your company is a registered one then the company secretary on onroll is statutory requirement.
Which tax you want to evade by appointing a company secretary is best known to you. Any establishment does not fall under factory or mines is covered under Shop & commercial Act of the state of existance.
