HRM automobiles industry - offer, appointment and employee of the month functioning?

I am working in the automobile industry as an HRM. I would like to know the actual process of training and development as I need to issue offer letters, appointment letters, and employee of the month certificates. Please share the forms and formats for my smooth functioning.

CMD has asked if sales staff are receiving monthly incentives along with their monthly salary exceeding 21,000, they will be eligible for a bonus within the same package.

He will be eligible for 8.33% only, not incentives.

Thank you for your valuable response. I would like to know if a salesperson is getting 25,000 per month and also receiving monthly incentives, so my CMD's question is whether he won't provide the bonus as he is giving incentives per sale. Is the 8.33% calculated from the gross or the basic salary? I believe it may be from the basic salary. Additionally, I would also like to understand the proper leave policy for four-wheelers.

Kindly guide me and share the necessary forms and formats.
