Dear sir/ma'am,
I am an employee of a state PSU as an engineer with a 5-year agreement bond for 3 lakh rupees. While applying for a central government PSU, it states to apply through the proper channel or provide an NOC (No Objection Certificate) at the time of the interview. I informed my HR about this, where they denied providing an NOC, stating that I am under the bond period. However, they mentioned that if I pay the bond amount, I will be relieved at the earliest with all documents without any issues. I have planned to pay the amount as well. But, to attend the interview at the central PSU, I need to show the NOC without which I am unsure if they will allow me or not.
What should I do? Should I:
1. Not disclose my current employment details to central government PSUs in the future? What could be the potential consequences? Can they discover my existing employment through my PF account?
2. Is it possible that they will permit me to attend the interview if I disclose all the details with a signed undertaking?
3. What would be the best course of action for me in this situation?
Even if I submit the bond amount now and they provide the NOC, I am still uncomfortable doing so just to attend the interview.
Thanks to all!
