Suppose an employee says, he/she does not need ESI Coverage only needs PF ! Is there any provision to allow it??

Dear Jinsy, both ESI & EPF are not optional.As an Employer you have to exercise your wisdom & cover.All Employees whose Gross Salary is Rs21,000/- & below PM come under the purview of ESI Act.Please go through ESI Act & Scheme to understand the benefits provided therein.Accordingly, you can explain to the Employees
