Andhra Pradesh Factories - What is the Penalty for not maintaining register?

What is the Penalty for not maintaining register ( example- Register of child worker, health register) by a factory in Andhra Pradesh?

As per factory act, below mentioned is the penalty for not maintaining the required registers or not producing the required register to authority on demand.
"Shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees or with both".

As per Section 92, imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or with fine which may extend to one lakh rupees or with both. So is this the correct answer to penalty for not maining register?

The amount of penalty decided by the authority. Directly they will not put in to imprisonment.
