I have worked with an education institute affiliated with CBSE. I resigned after working for 8 years. My total earned leaves were about 180 days. In my full and final account, only 90 days of earned leave has been paid. Please inform me about the earned leave policy on resignation.

Is there any policy for CBSE-affiliated schools that on resignation, half of the balance Earned Leaves are forfeited and only half of the Earned Leaves are paid? Please help.
