I am working in a n IT company of LLP type. We are having head office in Pune (Maharashtra) & currently we are going to open our regional office branch in Bangalore (Karnataka). So my question is that for salary calculation of employees which we recruit for Bangalore branch which should I follow minimum wages act of Maharashtra or Karnataka?
