PF - if I don't want to disclose my previous employment history?

So here I have a pf account And I want to quit the job and job join in other field so if I don't disclose my previous employment history to my new employer and if he goes to create a new pf account is there any way he can find out about my previous employment history?

As long as your UAN (Universal Account Number) is linked to AAdhar car, you may not be able to generate another UAN number from the new employer. Even at the time of withdrawal of old account, the Aadhar card is mandatory. Settlement will be withhold. In the present system you can not escape.

What if the UAN is not seeded with aadhar and pan?

Sir, what if I’m willing to let go my PF as it is negligible amount of money and it was first job. UAN isn’t linked with pan, aadhar, bank. Is nee uan creation possible? Or what should i do to hide?
