CTC structure where PF eligibility is 15,000 and ESIC is 21,000

mandy007
We are in the process of revising the CTC structure. Please share your existing CTC structure for study purposes.

On-site, I have come across many CTC structures, but I need a recent one where PF eligibility is ₹15,000 and ESIC is ₹21,000.

We also give one full month's salary as a bonus during Diwali. Looking forward to your cooperation.

The main purpose of revising CTC structure is to benefit the employees in the long run. It will be better if they get more take-home salary.

I would like to know one thing. Say, if the Gross Salary is Rs. 12,000, then a bonus of Rs. 12,000 is given only during Diwali. During the interview, we divide Rs. 12,000 in 12 months, which comes to Rs. 1,000 monthly, and we explain to the candidate that their CTC is xxx plus Rs. 1,000 = xxxx. Is it a right practice when we are not giving any monthly bonus but only once a year? Is it not a strategy to inflate the monthly CTC to the candidate?

I hope you understood what I am trying to say.

Dear Mr. Mandy007,

You have asked for CTC with PF and ESI restrictions but have not stated for which amount you need the CTC structure. Please find attached the sheet; however, the other components/deductions like PT, medical, etc., can be accommodated to make it clearer.

I hope this will serve your purpose. Fellow members can shed more light on it.

Thank you.

Dear Sir,

Greetings!

The above CTC structure contains salary heads for Food, Washing, and Vehicle Maintenance Allowance, all of which are already fully taxable. Instead of these three components, we can consider using "other" as a salary head for better clarity.

Dear Sir,

The CTC method salary statement was clear, but I did not understand how to calculate PF for high salary fixed amounts for manager-level individuals. Please send the details to my phone number.

Thanks and regards, Nagendra 8008245082 HR at Forel Labs

Hi,

Here you go. Please note that the breakup is exclusive of income tax.
