I am working in SBI. My post is Service Manager, and I have the keys to the branch. I usually leave my home at 7:15 and reach the branch around 9 o'clock. On October 14th, when I arrived at the branch and tried to open the shutter lock, I felt dizziness. I went inside, sat down, and informed the controller to arrange someone to take over the keys. Then, I went to Jupiter Hospital in Thane and had an appointment with Dr. Yogita Pedurkar. She examined me and prescribed some tests like an MRI and blood test as I have had migraines since childhood.
The next day, I visited Dr. Yogita Pedurkar to show her my MRI and blood test reports. After examining the reports, she referred me to neurologist Dr. Yogesh Godge. Following the examination and review of my reports, Dr. Godge informed me about the thickness of the right nerve, possibly due to neuritis. He prescribed high doses of medicine for the headache and referred me to Dr. Pradeep Uppal (ENT).
Upon visiting Dr. Pradeep Uppal, he examined me and recommended an audiogram test. After receiving the results, the doctor advised me to avoid traveling and jerky neck movements. Since October 14th, I have been at home and now wish to be transferred from Andheri to Thane.
