PF - my old employer is not responding

Hi Seniors,

I have a doubt about PF withdrawal. I worked in a company for 4 years and then left to join another company less than a year ago. My new company provided me with a new UAN account as I was planning to withdraw my PF. However, I am currently unable to withdraw the funds as my old employer is not responding appropriately. Is there a possibility to transfer my PF amount to my current company?

If the old UAN is KYC compliant and Aadhar verified, then submit Form 13 duly signed by the present employer to your new EPF office.
