Torture from employer - Chinese based company

Hello everyone, we are a Chinese-based company. Here they haven't given us all the leaves necessary for the employee. They have given one 10 hours leave per month and no sick leaves. Moreover, there are no particular policies being followed. Apart from this, the company has suddenly shifted all the employees from office space to a house, where they have asked most of them to work from home. Now, all of a sudden, they say there is no need to come from next month. They are not giving any prior notice about anything. Kindly tell me what to do. It's urgent, and I have no time to let the truth out. This is a type of mental torture for employees. Can you please advise on what steps I should take?

They think it is China. You could speak to the Labour officer of the area if there is no alternative. Follow it with a written complaint.

Kindly follow the government mechanisms: ACL, JCL, DCL, labour court, and tribunals to sort out the illegal termination.

First, you want to check whether the company is registered or not. If it is registered, then what falls under your company? Is it under factories or shops? Do you have the offer letter, Company ID card, and the last 3 months' pay slip with you? If you have everything, then you can approach the labor office for further clarification. Before you check the company's registered area circle, you have to meet the specific circle inspector to get help. Without any proof or documentation, you can't proceed further.
