Can two pensions one of central and other of State can be given to a person?

My grandmother is already getting pension of the Railways(central.gov) due to the service of my grandfather .
My uncle(son of my grandmother) who worked for geological department(State.gov) in got expired. Whether she is eligible for pension of my uncle?

Two pensions are admissible in the above circumstance, provided she is the nominee in the latter case. What about his wife or children??

He took divorce from his wife (govt Teacher) and his only daughter is married.
My gradmother was getting both the pensions But now they Are denying stating that the pension is not addmissible.
