Can Trade Apprentices be involved in direct production??

Can trade apprentices be involved in direct production in automobile companies to produce cars, bikes, or spares?

During the period of 'on-the-job training,' they are involved in direct production activities. Indeed, they have a defined curriculum in which the entire training period is distributed. This information could be obtained from the office of the Regional Apprenticeship Advisor.

Previously, the emphasis on theoretical/classroom training has been considerably reduced, and now the focus is on practical training.

While involved in direct production activities, it is important to note that the emphasis should be on 'training' individuals in those trades rather than employing them for regular work.
