Hi, I have recently started a new company and wish to establish an HR framework on my own. What are the steps I should take to achieve this target? What sort of policies should be in place, what documents do I need to collect from new employees, and what documents do I need to provide to a new employee? Thank you for your reply. Ours is a 50+ employee team. We are into distribution and liaisoning of pharmaceutical products. Our head office is based out of New Delhi, with two more offices in Kolkata and Lucknow.
