EPF notification for EPS contribution more than ceiling.

Hi all,
Attached is notification of EPF towards allowing all contribution above then the actual ceiling for EPS referring to supreme court judgement.

Sir: This is an instruction given by CPFC New Delhi to the subordinate offices (RPFCs) to strive for transferring all high court cases filed by exempted trust member against its circular of 31.05.17. In the meanwhile the pension continues to be same as hiherto before for the exempted trust members.

yes, please check the subject line also, referring allowing members of eps for contribution of actual salary in the pension fund exceeding the ceiling. It is an interpretation of the fact.
