Dear Rujul,

Thanks for sharing the presentation on stress management. While sharing knowledge is a noble activity, sharing the experience of implementing that knowledge is nobler.

In view of this, would you mind telling us whether you organized or conducted training on stress management for the staff of your company? Regarding the training, whether organized or conducted, what was the level of stress before and after the training? Has workplace productivity increased due to stress reduction? What challenges did participants face in implementing their learning, and how did they overcome them?

"The essence of the pudding lies in the eating," goes the famous saying. Let me tweak the saying and write, "The essence of the pudding does not lie in smelling but in eating!" By sharing the PowerPoint presentation of your training, you have just given us a glimpse of the training. By sharing your experience of implementing the training, you would be serving a full dish to the members of your fraternity!

Thanks,

Dinesh Divekar

Sir,

I have conducted the training and also assessed the stress levels of employees working at our plant using the ISMA (UK) questionnaire to identify it. At the end of the program, they now know how to manage stressful situations. It was my first attempt to understand the alarming situation of staff members. Overall, it was a good experience as per the feedback from the participants.

Thanks & regards,

The points are wonderful. But to make it effective, we have to learn to be diplomatic in work, learn to manage our own priorities without hurting or conflicting with other people involved in the work, and empower ourselves to develop a personality, aptitude, and attitude so that we are listened to seriously.

The PPT gives valuable points. Ours is to inculcate them and develop ourselves consciously by analyzing. The process is time-consuming. Once we are conscious about the origin of stress, we can certainly be stress-free to a large extent.

Thanks

Right, sir, I agree with you that first, we need to know the origin of stress and managing oneself.
