Hi All, I am working at XXX Technologies currently since last 5 months. XXX has conducted pre and post employment BGV and cleared it.I am allocated to a client project(banking) which is conducting third party BGV again from last 2 months, during BGV they have found out that i was terminated from my second last company because of performance issue, although in the exp. letter which my employer had given it's clearly mentioned that "my performance was satisfactory during the stay at company and i had resigned on my own accord", and the reason which i gave on BGV form at XXX was "resigned".
Now they have declared it as discrepancy. They have asked Exp. and Reliving letters and bank statements. I have provided exp. letter and bank statements only as i don't have relieving letter, all docs are genuine. Now my questions is, since they have found the discrepancy, is there any chance they can fire me because of this reason, if yes what should i do to save my current job as well as my future job, because if they terminate me, joining next MNC would be difficult as there would be a red flag on my BGV. I need expert advises. Please help.
