Celebrations & Engagement - something creative for my employees this Diwali?

Dear All,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this message to seek your well-experienced views on how I can engage my employees in the current festive season. I take care of the north as a region and was planning to do something creative for my employees this Diwali. We have been organizing Hi-Tea, ethnic clothes, etc., for quite some time. Could you help me with some interesting games or activities that I can conduct separately on each floor for my employees? These activities should help create a buzz on the floor and enhance the festive mood.

Thank you for your reply. I understand that wellness is not the area of focus right now. In almost all the organizations we are associated with, we did find that Wellness Initiatives were present.
