Celebrations & Engagement - something creative for my employees this Diwali?

Dear All
Hope you are doing well, I am writing this message to seek your well experienced views on how can i engage my employees in the current festive season.
I take care of north as a region and was planning to do something creative for my employees this diwali. We have been doing Hi Tea, ethnic clothes etc since quite long so can you help me out with some interesting games or activities which i can do separately on each floor for my employees, which can help create a buzz on the floor and enlighten a festive mood.

and Hi Yashik thanks for introducing me to ZUL however currently i am looking for something else i.e. with regard to celebrations & festivity but will surely get in touch as wellness is something that we would link to explore more in our organization.

I understand that wellness is not the area of focus right now. In almost all the organizations we are associated with we did find that Wellness Initiatives were present.
