PF - enter my name as Nominee and Name of the Guardian in FORM 10C?

Hi, I have completed 11 years of service. I am going to close my PF account. In FORM 10C, I have to choose the option "Scheme Certificate." I am living with my wife and 2 sons. Both sons are minors. In that case, can I enter my name as the Nominee and Name of the Guardian in FORM 10C - Page-2? I am sending FORM 10C. Thanks in advance.

Nomination is required for claims when the member is no longer alive. Therefore, the member cannot put their own name as a nominee or guardian, but can designate their spouse as the nominee. In the case where the nominee is a minor, the spouse of the member would act as the legal guardian for the minors.

Please mention your spouse's name and other details. For minor children, include your spouse's name as the guardian of the minor children. These details are required for the purpose of issuing the Scheme certificate.
