Is it possible to claim pension amount at the age of 25?

Dear Sir/Mam,
Good evening, i would like to know about the PENSION DETAILS, and in my office one employee have previous pf account with pf and pension amount, he want to claim both amounts, is it possible to claim pension amount at the age of 25??
Pls explain me.

yes .. please ask him to fill form 10c and 19 of pF he will get both amounts.
