Please reply: Ram worked on two Sundays in that same month. That means he is eligible for 2 compensatory leaves. As per our company rules, any employee who has earned any Comp. Leave can avail the same within the financial year. Now, my question is, if the employee takes leave on 14 and 16 August 2017, will the intervening holiday on 15 August be considered as part of the leave? Please reply.
