I have been appointed as HR (First) in an Service Organisation. Here, there are no systems followed till now. Payroll is done by accounts with mistakes and several other admin work done in bits and pieces. We have around 200 employees. Employee Here submits no leave form they will take leave and get full salary. No. attendance monitoring system. Our biometric machine works in such a way as it captures only the in time and so employees are making their punches punctually in the morning and leave after half an hour to one hour with out recording anywhere and later claims for full day salary.
Almost all the employees are grievanced of the payroll process done by accounts department as they are having partiality issues
