You have not mentioned your designation. It will be too early for you to formulate a manual, SOP, training, development, and performance appraisal. I suggest that you do extensive study in all these areas before you venture into formulating policies. Focus on learning various aspects of HR depending on your job profile, qualifications, aptitude, etc.
