Dear Meghana, You have not mentioned about your Designation? it will be too early for you to formulate Manual, SOP, Training & Development & performance appraisal.I suggest you do extensive study in all the areas before you venture in to formulating Policy.Focus on learning various aspects of HR depending upon your Job profile, qualification, aptitude etc
