Leave Encashment Tax After Resignation

I quit my previous company on sept 2016, and as Full and Final settlement, I was paid 75000 as part of leave encashment.
Over the online posts I am getting mixed details on whether it is taxable or not.
In simple terms, is leave encashment post resignation as part of FnF taxable ?

FnF is part of your income. so you must pay tax for that income.
