yes it is old but when I search in the cite hr for the latest minimum wages notification of Odisha, I didn't found so uploaded.
I don't thing it will create that much confusion because the Notification date is mentioned in the Gazette.

Unskilled  207.20+ 6.30= 213.50
Semiskilled /Unskilled Supervisory  227.20+6.30= 233.50
Skilled / Clerical  247.20+6.30= 253.50
Highly Skilled  267.20+6.30= 273.50
