In our company, the leaves are mentioned as 20 nos for each employee. There is no mention of EL/SL/CL. this leave should be utilised in the same F.y. If not no leave encashment.
Is this system is acceptable as per bengaluru labour law. if not what is the procedure ?? Please help me set right this.
