Minimum Wages ( Central ) Has Been Revised With Effect From 19th January 2017?

Minimum wages (Central) have been revised with effect from 19th January as per Gazette. Can you please update the status of the notification on it?

Can someone please explain how the minimum wages will be calculated in terms of VDA for Construction & Maintenance of Roads Industry.
Construction or maintenance of road  or in building operation
Basic MW V.D.A.

Zone A 523*26=13598
Zone B 437*26=11362
Zone C 350*26=9100

Is it applicable to only central employees, or will this make an impact on other unskilled industrial workers?
