I want to ask some some question regarding new water bottling plant set up
1 how can i get FSSAI certificate
2 is there any differnce between setting up plant in rural and urban area
3 how do i get Trade mark ™ and registered mark ®
4 and if you have some more advises please also share it with me

1) Fssai Registration :-

2) Yes there are big benefits, like backward area development incentives, Special economic zones incentive, Income Tax Benefit.
3) Trade Mark is applied online through this website of government Form and Fees
