Resignation Withdrawal Acceptance Mail Format?

Hi Seniors,
One of the my senior employee put a resignation for his position, After discussion he take back his Resignation.How to send a mail for acceptance for withdrawing resignation.
Please share me .

The most apt method will be the following :-
1) The said employee will send a letter asking to set aside the resignation and to treat the same as not communicated to employer. letter will be sent by Registered AD.
2) Employer will also reply via letter that he has set aside such resignation.
