I need a reply/ suggestion ASAP, i have to join a CPSU in few coming days (i have applied for Bank PO job 4-5 months ago and sucessfully shortlisted for interviews all this happened before my getting selected in CPSU) but my PSU Bank interview is scheduled on the next day of last day of my CPSU joiing date, I worked hard to clear PSU Bank prelims and mains also working on cracking interview, Sir in CPSU working profile includes night shifts, field job and also only 3% increment with less chances of promotion so the PSU Bank seems very much better than this, I want to know shall i need to take NOC from CPSU after joining for a week ago (i decided to join a week ago so that i can take leave and be granted NOC) or not as i will be on one year probation there. If yes please let me know what i should do if they denies giving NOC to me. there are a little chances of extending the joining dates. Please help me out.
