I need a reply/suggestion ASAP. I have to join a CPSU in the coming days (I applied for a Bank PO job 4-5 months ago and was successfully shortlisted for interviews, all this happened before I got selected in CPSU). However, my PSU Bank interview is scheduled for the day after my CPSU joining date. I have worked hard to clear the PSU Bank prelims and mains and am also working on cracking the interview.
Sir, the working profile in CPSU includes night shifts, field jobs, and only a 3% increment with limited chances of promotion, so the PSU Bank opportunity seems much better. I want to know if I should take an NOC from CPSU after joining a week ago (I decided to join a week ago so that I can take leave and be granted NOC) or not, as I will be on one-year probation there. If yes, please let me know what I should do if they deny giving me an NOC. There are few chances of extending the joining dates. Please help me out.
