Regarding Short Notice Period

MrutyunjayaSahu
Dear Sir,

I am currently working in a company in which I made an agreement of 1.5 years for which I already worked almost 2 year and half months in this company.

At the time of joining they took my 2 original certificates which should be given to me after my contract but I could not bring that certificate as they transferred me to another branch of the same company.

So now I have got a new job in which my joining is on 16th Jan 2017 so I provided a resignation mail to my current company with a 15 days notice period .

They have mentioned in my offer letter for 2 months notice period.

So they told me to serve 2 months notice period according to my offer letter for which I again requested for extension of 5 days more.

After my 15 days notice period is over I mailed a farewell mail to the employer for which the reply came like the following.

what is this and why he is giving this mail if he has not completed the notice period.

Talk to my lawyer after that mail me.

What should I do I this case kindly suggest me.

My original certificates are there in the company.Kindly suggest me on this.

Hi,
There is always an option wheather to serve the Notice Period or salary in lieu thereof should be deducted from your F&F.
If you dont want to serve your notice period than you have deduct the money from F&F
