Access To NEW PF Portal?

Any body known When will we access the PF portal because what do for the Dec'16 new joinees.

portal is already operative, we have filed couple of returns yesterday. though it is getting stuck and off-server at times

please share portal address because esewa unable to open online loading process going

Thank You, what are the process for new joinees for the dec'16

after login go to member
add member .........then proceed on with all KYC documents , form 11 details and , mobile number and previous emplooyment , if any
after generation, verify it digitally

Still now the portal was loading any latest news released by EPFO regarding payment issues.

after uploading ECR, the employer has to download the ECR statement and then after cheking , they have to create challan, ........and verify the same,
payment option is in built in portal , the employer can pay direct from the portal
external links are not working for ECR 2.0
