Salary Benchmarking And Average Market Salary Analysis In IT Industry

Dear HR Folks,

I need some help in conducting an analysis of the current average market salaries in the IT industry. I also require assistance with salary benchmarking. I have a couple of queries:

1. Would the average salaries be generic when referring to IT, or would they be based on the size of the company?
2. Is it possible to perform an analysis based on the company size?
