Can anybody post 'minimum wages notice' for Maharashtra here for the period of January 2017 to June 2017? Also, please tell me what is the exact period of changing it?

Maharashtra MW rates are declared for two periods, January to June and July to December. However, the actual notification is typically issued after one month. Consequently, every time adjustments need to be made to account for arrears of one month.

Attached minimum wages do not consist of breakup details such as Basic, HRA, Special Allowance, ESIC, etc. Anyone who has the above information, please share.

Minimum wages consist of only basic & DA. In Maharashtra and West Bengal, an additional minimum of 5% of HRA is payable on earnings of these two components for organizations employing 50 or more employees. ESIC deduction is at 1.75% of gross wages. In Maharashtra, DA is termed as a special allowance.

Have you read my reply above? Minimum wages mean gross wages paid to employees, excluding HRA as it is a compulsory allowance in Maharashtra and WB for organizations employing 50 or more employees.

The basic wage in Maharashtra and most of the states is based on the skill required for performing the job. The actual job of performing housekeeping is unskilled. The duties the office attendant is required to discharge will determine whether he is unskilled, semi-skilled, or skilled. You need to be a dispassionate judge as you will have to justify your decision when questioned by authority, if at all.
