Bank Account For Labours / Contractual Employees Required, Labour Department Circular

Please be informed that, as per the latest circular no. 14(87)/2016 dated 25/11/16 issued by the Ministry of Labour & Employment, all big employers shall make payments of wages to contract or permanent employees through a bank account only. Cash payments are not allowed. This rule is applicable with immediate effect without any monetary limit.
