Heart attack while at work - Any human rights law which is applicable and makes it company's liability?

My father had a heart attack while at work. The company has admitted him to the hospital but is not providing any financial support. The insurance company limit is only Rs 50,000, and our expenses of Rs 200,000 are pending. Are there any human rights laws applicable that make it the company's liability?
