Salary Break Up - Want To Start With Their Compliances

Hello ,
We are a Facility Management Company in Maharashtra, where I want format of Salary Break Up for my Office Staff.
Currently I'm offering them Rs.24000/- & Rs.12000 consolidated but want to start with their compliances soon . I need a break with their above costs.
ESIC/PF/PT

Hello Everyone
These are the components we need to calculate salary. (Basic+ HRA+Conveyance+Medical Reimbursement+Special Allowance) + PF (Employer's Contribution) + ESI (Employer's Contribution). Can you all please help me how much % contribution for all these components. I need this on urgent basis.
I don't know how to make the salary. I am new in HR Generalist profile. Earlier I have experience only into recruitment. Can anyone clear my doubts who is online right now.

My gross salary is 30,000 per month
Basic 9,000
HRA 6,000
CCA 9,000
CA 800
DA 4,420
Please tell me how much deductions of the PF for this salary.
