Date Of Birth Mismatched While Linking With Previous Employer.

My new employee provide documents for PF enrolment and we issued PF number accordingly. Later while linking to previous employer UAN no. , it was not done due to date of birth mismatch issue. Employee confirm that her previous date of birth is correct and we have to change the date. Please advise. We just deposits two months PF.

get a form 11 copy print out from his / her previous UAN login
tally the same for details furnished by him under the form supplied by him at the time of joining
obtain a pan card and aadhar copy where DOB is mentioned
then post the output or contact by email
it is a bit typical error, where employees throw all their errors to the employer head

As per Law, you may submit the legal proof of her date of birth i.e. class 10th certificate and correct it.
